   To look at they are beautiful definate 4.5stars however they not very comfortable and no matter what I do with the feet they are wobley I've used pads etc and still they uneven, when I pull a hair in or out the screech with rattly metal legs and it goes right through me... It's horrible. She I sit on stools my back aches as they not comfy, and the chairs quit low compared to table. So 3 stars For the actual design. I mean they are nice but practically don't work. Slightly overpriced I'd say For A hair or stool

   Ordered 4 stools, only 2 arrived and 1 of which didn’t have the assembly screws. The other 2 were never despatched but I had to ring Danetti and chase. I also had to request the screws that were missing which they then sent. Once the screws arrived it became clear that the holes on the legs didn’t align with the chair so I’ve now had to flag that to them. So in a nutshell I have ordered 4 chairs and only 1 is usable. Just in time for Xmas

   Having had a kitchen refurb we needed two new stools to compliment it and chose the Harper Blue Grey Velvet Gas Lift Bar Stool. After phoning for fabric samples these took just two days to arrive. Placing the order was easy and we had immediate confirmation followed by progress reports on the order. On the day before delivery we had a message giving us a time slot and when the driver was close we had yet another call telling us of the expected delivery time. The driver and his assistant were really polite and offered to take the stools to the kitchen but we declined and managed them on our own and we are delighted with the service, appearance and quality.

   We ordered the Siesta bed, King Size. Danetti offered excellent service and delivery, order was easy, delivery arrived on time with helpful drivers. I did have to chase to ensure delivery was coming on specified day, which was a bit stressful. Putting the bed together was time consuming and not overly easy. However the quality and look of the bed is what I wanted and it's very good value.

   I paid a lot of money for a nice bench, only to have it turn up covered in black hand prints. I’ve tried cleaning it multiple times and the marks have faded but are still there. I contacted customer support and they told me it was part of the packaging process. In fairness they did say they would reopen the case if it doesn’t get resolved, but I’ve now spent hours of my time sorting this out. When you buy the product you expect to deal with assembly and disposal of packaging, and that’s a lot of work and time taken in of itself. To then spend money on cleaning products and time cleaning, then writing emails. I wouldn’t expect to pay that much money for a bench and have to deal with all of the extras that have come with this order. Pretty poor service if you can’t wash your hands or wear disposable gloves before handling that kind of material, and then deflect the issue by dressing it up as an expectation due to the packaging process.

   Love our new Riley dining table and Serena dining chairs. So glad I waited for the blue-grey velvet to come back into stock. Both arrived within the 12 week delivery estimate. The 2 delivery guys were brilliant. The chairs were easy to assemble. The table is a bit fiddly, you need to follow the instructions and only tighten bolt to 80% until the base and table top fit together and then tighten 100%. The table is very heavy and my husband and I just managed to turn it up onto the base. Extra strong person would have been a help. So pleased with both. Thank you.

   I ordered my table and chairs from here on Sunday and then panicked when I read some of the reviews on here. Needn’t have worried, my order arrived on Thursday as advised and the delivery drivers kept me informed when they were en route. Everything was well packaged and arrived safe & sound. The table was very heavy but me & my husband managed to attach the legs and move it into position without too much bother. It looks stunning & I'm so happy with my purchase. I’d definitely buy from here again!

   ordered swatches from danetti to check the shade and picked the one that matches the sofa in the shared space. Order of stools was quick and simple. I particularly like the profile on the brushed steel legs. The seats are comfortable and make our new breakfast bar a joy to eat at. They are not cheap but it was worth it for real leather. The stools are incredibly light to manouevre making floor cleaning very easy. many thanks Danetti

   Firstly this company and everything it sells is stunning. However, I ordered a bed back in July with a 17 week time, during which I sold my bed, to then find out at the end of the 17 weeks wait time, it had increased another 17 weeks; this was hugely disappointing but given the circumstances with covid I understood to some degree. I did find I had to communicate with Danetti to chase this but did start receiving regular updates from then on which was fab! Unfortunately when it came to delivery, approx 7 months on, only 2/3 parts came in the delivery and I had to contact Danetti to arrange the 3rd part of the delivery. Also, to then unpack the bed I had waited so long to be delivered, to have no instructions. I phoned Danetti and they sent these over right away. I think due to Covid my experience was slightly impacted on, but in spite of these the product itself is absolutely beautiful, the quality is amazing and just as described, pictured and shown on the website. The team were great at answering all my questions and providing the relevant support. I will definitely be ordering from them again in future, but hopefully the delivery won’t be so long in terms of the wait.

   Very impressed with the quality and look of my dining table. I have owned it for more than a month now and I can honestly say it’s the best table I’ve ever had. The shine of this table is incredible, looks like marble but it’s much better as it doesn’t stain.
