I bought a vape kit today with pod and a liquid. After explaining to the guy working there that I wanted to upgrade from disposable pods to save money long term and to experience a better vape. He said he’d do me a deal on the vape and one liquid. After returning home I had to go straight back to the shop as the vape was leaking quite bad from both pods and spitting also making some odd noises. I believe it was faulty something wasn’t right with it. However these things happen a bit annoyed that I had to drive 20 mins back to the shop but no drama. That was until I re-entered the shop and explained the issue I had to the same guy. He immediately said what have you done to it in an aggressive way! He then proceeded to throw it on the floor the idiot! He got really funny about it his attitude was terrible. He said what do you want me to do about it? so i said you can replace the item or refund me he said I ain’t doing that you’ll have to come back tomorrow and speak to the manager! This guy shouldn’t be customer facing. His attitude was disgusting! Also he lied about the deal and tried to hide the actual price by ripping the label off the box but forgot the one on the bottom of the vape actually guess what? The creep overcharged me on purpose! The worst part of my experience at up in smoke was the treatment by this guy. I know things and products go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that counts. Hopefully the management will know this tomorrow when I have to return again!

Best smoke shop around, even got given a discount for coming back twice. Best prices around everything you could ever want and more. The workers are very polite and helpful. If you walk past this shop and not go in you’re missing out massively.

The products were good but the guy working there acted like my partner and I were a complete inconvenience interrupting his vaping session outside and was rude about pricing when I was talking to my partner, interrupted our conversation to be very defensive when he'd misunderstood what we'd said and I then had to clarify so he wasn't so annoyed. Won't go back because he just acted like we were ruining his day.
