   When I visited Evapo Southampton today looking for a new vape flavour as the manufacturer of the one I was vapiing had gone out of business. I was served by John who went out of his way to help me even to looking for the flavour profile of my current vape. I left with a vape to try and see if I like it. So far the answer is yes I do. Thanks John.

   Having worked in retail, I understand that at 5 pm, you just want to go home, but you shouldn't never let that interfere with your customer service. When I walked into the shop, the two members of staff were behind the desk. No one greeted me. It wasn't until I interacted with them that a conversation began. I asked about deals on Vapes/bundles like I had seen elsewhere and purchased them for my partner. The gent did explain deals but was very quick, didn't explain the benefits or which one was better. Didn't ask about my vaping experience or my budget. When I had picked up the vape I had wanted, he let me pick my liquid, and then when I got to the till, he told me I had to pay for a battery separate. This is not advertised anywhere near the vapes. The girl remained seated the whole entire time (I can't make assumptions she may have mobility issues) but she didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I wouldn't recommend this vape shop based merely on customer service alone.

   The store is nice and tidy. Been here with my girlfriend who is trying to quit smoking. The guy at the till seemed pretty chill and polite, answered all questions without hesitation. The prices are good.

   Poor poor customer service I visited the store today to inquire about a new mod. upon speaking with the member of staff with in, about two different mods I decided on a Stick mod whilst discussing with the member of staff another customer came and asked for a replacement pod for a stik vape, member of staff switched attention and served him without saying a word to me, I left. Appalling and rude customer service which resulted in the customer wanting a £5 product being prioritised over a customer looking to spend £50.
