   I wish I had read the recent reviews before ordering from Didcot Office Supplies. As the other reviewers have commented - this company does not deliver and does not reply to queries. I have raised a case with Paypal to get a refund (although not received yet). Ordered on 4 June, and no communication apart for an order confirmation and a paypal receipt. No delivery details given and I have not received the products. No reply on the phone, and today I got a bounceback email saying the recipient's email no longer exists. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

   I have had the same experience as some of the other recent reviewers. Order was placed over 3 weeks ago and then I never heard from them again. Have sent chaser emails - all ignored. Had to go through PayPal to obtain a refund. They seemed happy to refund within a couple of days as they are probably getting used to issues with this company. Cheap prices but orders are not fullfilled. I tried to use a small business instead of giving my custom to Amazon etc. but at least they are reliable. Avoid like the plague - unfortunately.

   If I could give zero stars I would. Order placed 18th May 2022. As of 1st June no replies to calls or emails chasing delivery. All you get from a call is an standard SMS saying he/she is busy please text - but that gets ignored too. Now going to start refund process through paypal. This supplier is a total waste of time.

   Hold on to your money! This company does not deliver and does not reply to queries. Had to raise a case with Paypal to get a refund. Their poor service disrupted our workflow and cost us time and money. I can't say this loud enough: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

   Like others I am waiting for my diaries for over 3 weeks. Emails have been ignored and when I did speak to the owner on the phone he said he would ring me back and never did. It was only 3 diaries but I will be emailing him to cancel and then I will have to see about getting my money refunded. Clearly there are issues with this business.
