    I visited The Berkshire Clinic this afternoon and was very pleased with the overall experience. The décor is modern and welcoming, and the staff are attentive and professional throughout. Dr. Nicholas Spyrou was excellent as always, providing clear explanations and a high level of care. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a tea or coffee machine in the waiting area for added comfort. Parking is free, which is appreciated, though the number of spaces is somewhat limited.

    I have been to the Berkshire Clinic on three occasions and on each visit I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. The reception staff are so warm & friendly immediately putting my nerves at ease. Charlotte who works in administration, went out of her way to support me when I got lost on my first visit and she also could not do enough to help with my prior enquiries. A personal thank you to all the lovely staff who make such a wonderful team and also a special thanks to the specialists I saw; Professor Neil Ruparelia who is an unbelievably amazing Cardiologist and Sudan, who carried out an Echocardiogram and found a congenital heart defect which an outside Echo had missed! I highly recommend The Berkshire Clinic and feel very lucky to have found them.

    I visited the Berkshire Clinic for the first time today, and had an exceptionally positive experience. The clinic itself is very modern, clean, and well appointed. Staff very kind and timely. I saw Dr. Aung who was beyond understanding and made an honest effort to try to help me as best as possible. Very happy with the care I received, the treatment plan, and would absolutely recommend this clinic.

    I received an appointment to see Dr Spyrou on 3/1/23, and have been dealt with in a very professional way ever since. The Clinic is extremely accessible, and convenient to where I live, with parking right outside. The staff in the Clinic have been incredibly helpful.

    Brilliant place. Had an ECG test done last minute, after being badly let down by an other private clinic. They did not asked for a referral, and got an appointment the same day. The ECG was carried out by Lalli, who was very helpful and professional. I had been told that I would get the results and the evaluation the following day, but in fact, I received both the trace and the cardiologist’s report that same evening. I cannot recommend them highly enough, only wish it had been easier to find the Berkshire clinic via the search engines!

    Excellent experience at the new Berkshire Clinic. Appointment made for the following day to see the cardiac specialist Mr Stirrup. All staff welcoming and friendly. Special mention to Lalli who carried out my ECG and fitted the cardiac monitor. Mr Jim Stirrup was exceptional, a combination of expertise and kind reassurance. I feel lucky to have found him.
