Customer service regarding thier Rockdoors is shocking. I went to the rockdoor website and selected a door of my liking. The website gave me details of my local installer which I had install my door. Well 4 years later and onto my second failed door. The door skin has split in 2 places for the second time. I contacted my local installer who has absolutely no interest replacing it because, apparently rock door expect him to carry out warranty repairs for free, and because the doors are over 25kg he has to pay someone 50 quid to help him fit it. He told me to phone Gap who make Rockdoor. They wouldn't help me because of data protection. Phoned Rockdoor in Blackburn they initially seemed to be helping me but essentially they told me my installer owns the warranty and he has to sort it out. So here I am 8 months later fed up of asking and calling and getting the run around. Now stuck with a broken Rockdoor that will never get replaced under warranty. Honestly please avoid Rockdoor.
