   As a first-time buyer, all I ever heard was horror stories regarding the legal process. Friends constantly warned me about solicitors being the ones who hold everything up—cases where they’d spent weeks, sometimes months, chasing their legal team just to get the simplest things done, often ending up having to take action themselves. Honestly, I was dreading that part of the process! ​Thankfully, a friend insisted I call Roisin Canavan at Cowley Di Giorgio, advising me that she was brilliant, the best he had ever dealt with, and incredibly proactive. ​While I don't have anything to compare her to, Roisin (and her colleague Sofia) was completely on the ball from the outset. They got things moving instantly, and I never had to chase them once. Not even for a quick update. ​It was genuinely a breath of fresh air to work with someone so efficient. It took all the typical stress out of the legal process. If you’re buying a home, especially if you're nervous about choosing the right solicitor, save yourself the worry. I am honestly grateful and will absolutely be recommending her services to everyone I know.

Their details were passed on to me by a couple of very happy clients and I must say, believe the hype, because they are simply brilliant!    I have used Roisin at Cowley Di Giorgio on two occasions now, one for the purchase of my Mums flat and two for the sale of my property. She has been outstanding on both occasions. Excellent communication, very friendly, down to earth and very supportive and reassuring when things get difficult which always happens when buying and selling properties. Roisin is a breath of fresh air when it comes to a solicitor! I would highly recommend her and will definitely be using her again should the need arise.

   We instructed Paul for our purchase that completed earlier this month. He was quick to respond to any issues and when there was a misunderstanding on the vendor's solicitor's side he resolved it with them as soon as I asked about it. Having had a previous purchase attempt fall through after six months due to our previous solicitors being careless and slow, the difference Paul's professionalism and aptitude made in the speed of this transaction and reduction of stress levels was night and day. While we hope not to move for a long time, if we do end up needing to buy and/or sell in the future, we'd happily use Cowley again and recommend them to anyone else.

   Having bought and sold property in the past, the interaction with the solicitors was always the most painful part and I could never seem to find a “ good one”. Until now. Roisin is a star. It was effortless, well informed and the most professional service I have experienced. Even my seller commented at how easy the experience was! If you are considering a solicitor to manage the sale or purchase of a property using Cowley is a no brainer!

   I want to highly highly recommend Pina and her team. Pina has easily been the best solicitor I have used for conveyancing (and generally) and the whole piece was done from me signing agreement with her on 7th June to today the 30th June, saving me on stamp duty too, which is phenomenal! Pina pushed and rallied and as well as that provided a super clear detailed report and regular updates for me It was such a breath of fresh air and I want to make sure you can add her to your list of recommended solicitors too!

   Called on a Monday morning, for a very simple matter. Got an appointment within a minute, the same day. Good stuff. Went to the office, was seen to by the person with whom I had an appointment with much earlier, which is welcome. Matter solved in 20 minutes flat. Zero hassle experience. Only hang up - they don't take cards. Was willing to offer a cheque but thought might as well make it cash as the firm seemed to flex. Come on folks, I appreciate you are legal experts but start accepting card payments, now that we are nearly in 2020... Would I recommend - yes
