The information on the website about their extensive experience in helping abuse victims was very promising and withou t any delay I got in touch with them. I really needed a professional advice and how to deal with my recent assault, and I was hoping they can help me with. I received a phone call shortly after I submitted an enquiry for a call back. Two days later I received a call back. I spoke with a very kind lady who asked questions about what happened at the time of the assault, do I know the person who's assaulted me, etc. After she received all the information she needed, I have been told she will call me back with more details how to proceed further. On the next day she called me again saying that due to incapacity in their small low firm they will not be able to provide me with the service and I have to look at somewhere else. I was surprised by the answer which left me speechless. Now I am doubting more than ever their professionalism and wondering who can help me at all. I do not recommend the company to anyone!
