   Well...originally I was very impressed with their service but unfortunately they have shown a lack of aftercare following, what I consider, to be a pretty fundamental error on their part regarding my appeal. A request to remedy the situation has been refused and I will therefore have to follow their complaints procedure. A true shame as I hoped they would be keen to put things right rather than hope it would be left.
