Katie is very professional and knowledgeable about skin care. We are on the same page as we are both prone to cystic acne breakouts hence she knows deeply my skin concern. Her hands are so light and soft which is good for facial care. I am really looking for someone who will truly know and understand my concern and will greatly trust Katie to be hands on with my face. The lovely Vicki approached me very naturally while I was browsing and I asked for some help. She was fabulous. Kind, considered, funny, and just all round a lovely person to deal with. Not only is she clearly very knowledgeable, but her gentle guidance has meant that I've found some very good products which I'm looking forward to trying longer term. Being able to give me a skin consultation there and then was really beneficial, and I learned a lot, but also was really helpful so that I could get the products I needed and know how to use them.
