   Blue Butterfly Dance Studios have been the perfect choice for my daughter. What began (for us) 4 years ago as a weekly dance class in the first lockdown, has become her home from home and she's even roped mum and dad in, too! All of the classes are fun and friendly, but also carefully planned and delivered which is evident in the astonishingly professional quality of the shows performed several times a year in local theatres. Amy and her talented team have created something really special in Blue Butterfly and I would recommend to anyone.

   My daughter has been at Blue Butterfly Studio from the age of 5. She started off as a Caterpillar, once at school we changed classes and took up Tap and Showtime. We have now added Ballet to the mix and Dramatix. I started my daughter with Blue Butterfly as she was always singing and dancing, a right happy soul. I wanted to embrace that quality. By joining Blue Butterfly she has made friends, other than school friends. She has grown in confidence. She can be a little sassy at times but i see it as her personality growing. As a parent I like to help Chaperoning when it’s Showtime. The children love the outfits and most of all getting the make up and glitter on. It’s a big old long weekend but to watch the children learn their routines and then it all comes together on the stage it’s such an awsome feeling. Seeing all their hard work come together. Seeing the smiles on their faces. I have now been asked if she can do Cheer and Butterflies soon. I’ve suggested waiting until the new year but I love that she enjoys the dance, she enjoys seeing her friends and loves what she does.

   Blue Butterfly Dance Company has a great philosophy of teaching. My two daughters have been with the company for almost 2 years and have had the best time so far! They enjoy making friends at their classes and enjoy performing in the shows at local theatres. As a parent it’s a joy to see their confidence growing along with their dance skills. If you’re thinking of giving a blue butterfly dance class a try, go for it! ☺️

   I am so pleased that my daughter is part of such a fantastic dance company. She loves singing and dancing. Being part of the big show last year has made her more confidence and has allowed her to enjoy something she loves. The teachers are great and very supportive. I feel that Blue Butterfly Dance Company is the best dance company around here.
