   Used confessions for my wedding reception in August. It was absolutely beautiful and more beautiful when it came to life at night. Hannah (owner) was incredible, so hands on and helpful. Nothing was too much or too crazy for her. The staff who served were lovely too. Couldn't recommend this place enough! 10/10, thank you, Hannah and the team. It was perfect.

   We had our wedding at Confessions in September. Firstly - the venue is simply stunning! We chose Confessions for the beautiful interior and stained glass windows. The most perfect backdrop for any event, but especially a wedding. Hannah could not have been more accommodating. Hannah and Lucie answered all my questions and helped us with planning - nothing was too much trouble. The team on the day were great, really helpful and our guests had the best time. We were able to set up without feeling rushed. Our suppliers found the venue and host really great. We had external catering (pizza van) which was perfect for our twilight wedding. Our guests commented so much on how amazing the venue is. We are so happy we chose Confessions - every detail is perfect. Our wedding night stay at The Unicorn Inn was also great - breakfast was one of the best we’ve had and was huge! The room was lovely and the bed was SO comfortable. If you are looking for a town based venue that is good for folks to travel to with a range of accommodation nearby, but still has that absolute WOW factor in the interior, Confessions is perfect. Great venue, great host, great bar, great ambience. Loved every second! Recommend Confessions to anyone looking for a venue.

   Our wedding at Confessions was perfect for us. Hannah and her staff are amazing before during and after. Beautiful historic venue with character and charm. Their was nothing to much trouble from booking to after my wedding day. It was perfect. Thankyou to the Hannah and the confessions team for making our day perfect. Highly recommended if ya want a perferct wedding day

   We booked Confessions for my husband's 40th birthday party and not only do we highly rate this venue but we had several guests tell us how stunning they thought the place was. I couldn't have asked for more from Hannah the manager - all her outside service recommendations were fantastic and she went out of her way so that the day of the party was stress-free for me and the party itself went without a hitch. This party was up there with our wedding on the importance scale and our only regret is that this venue wasn't around when we did get married! Lovely place and would hire again in the future with any other big celebrations.

   My son had his 40th Birthday party here it’s a lovely room It’s was a fantastic night the DJ read the room and had us all dancing the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble We are off back to Yorkshire tomorrow but will definitely tell my friends if they are ever in Burton to check it out
