   Communication was good throughout our house selling/ purchasing, nothing above and beyond. A few annoying spelling mistakes on our names which proved time costly. Unfortunately, we were pretty much ignored when we had to report to them (our legal representatives) the state that our new home was left in. Garage, attic and garden full of the previous owners’ belongings. We sent photos immediately and very little effort was put in to getting them to pay for a skip despite us sending over quotes. We ended up forking out ourselves with no reimbursement. I guess that’s what you get when you pay for a mainstream service instead of a smaller, family fun one. We had a good experience mostly from Key Conveyancing, Northampton however felt let down at the end.

   Shocking service start to finish. I cannot believe the incompetence of these “solicitors” I will be referring them to the overseeing authority. Who manages this company because I would be utterly ashamed. I am so angry that we were even referred this company by our mortgage broker. I Will be have a frank conversation with them. I would not ever use again or recommend. Absolute job of a company. Expect to never be emailed or called by the company. No updates. Bizarre questions that are utterly irrelevant. No one to talk to. No one answering the phone.

When I called whoever I spoke too knew what was happening with our sale and purchase. In the end it all went through and we could not have been more happy with Key. Special mention to Maria who could not have done enough for us and was calm, friendly and honestly cared. And our Account lead Lauren who explained everything clearly and concisely. I would highly recommend this team.
