   I recently purchased a property and used Bishopsgate law from Northampton office which was recommended by my sister as they previously used them. The team that was looking after me (Niharika and Olivia). They were both fantastic and were very helpful and they had good communication and supported me through my house purchase. And anything I wasn’t sure they would respond back. They always kept me updated with everything and put me at ease. I was also impressed by the fact that even if Niharika or Oliva were out of the office, those standing in for them, and assisting them (Pak-ka Yeung) were just as quick at responding and providing helpful assistance. I would not hesitate in recommending Bishopsgate law service to anyone and would also use them in the future.

   We used bishopsgate, Northampton, for buyijg/selling conveyancing. Initially, we went with this firm as they were 1k cheaper than others. I reckoned that I may have to do some chasing, but it was worth the 1k. I didnt need to, my cases were handled by Olivia. She was amazing, emails were answered swiftly, she was supportive, kind and madly efficient. Jasmin was also great, asking for extra documents and land ownership from the my vendors solictors and pushing them when they refused. When my buyers and vendors solicitors were slacking, Olivia chased them. She went on holiday and arranged cover for us, both people also kept up the high standard that Olivia set. I cannot fault this company, the best solicitors I have ever used

   I had the pleasure of dealing with Bishopsgate Law for the sale of my current property, and the purchase of a new one. Despite the many challenges experienced along the way with chains falling through a few times (through no fault of mine or Bishopsgate Law) the team looking after me (Yana Cox and Claire Ryles) took it all in their stride and remained patient, friendly, and helpful throughout. The sheer speed I received each reply to any questions massively impressed me throughout also. I was consistently made to feel like their most valued client, which really helped to take the stress out of the whole legal process. I was also impressed by the fact that even if Yana or Claire were out of the office, those standing in for them, and assisting them (Pak-ka Yeung, Jo Babland, and Janine Prescott) were just as quick at responding and providing helpful assistance. I would not hesitate in recommending Bishopgate Law’s services to anyone, and would certainly use them again in the future!

   I am just going through the paperwork now with my solicitors - for reference I am selling a property and buying a chain free property. I had a terrible experience buying my first flat with my previous solicitors so I came into this thinking the worst as I’ve always heard negative stories from friends who have also gone through the process. I was even going to go with a super expensive local solicitor to avoid delays, but after initial contact that wasn’t great I decided to change. But wow! Debora and David from the Northampton office are amazing! Also Ella from client care from initial contact was lovely and responsive, I even messaged her months later for help and she replied within minutes. They are so fast, efficient and friendly. It’s been approx 11 weeks now and very near to the end. I will update upon completion but I’m very happy. Thank you Debora and David

   We had a fantastic experience working with Bishopsgate Law. As first time buyers, we were required more help on how to proceed. At the beginning we had difficulty with the registration but Katya solved the problem for us in a few hours. Niharika and Jayne dealt with the house purchase process in a very timely manner and were always very prompt in replying to our emails and never needed to call them. They are nothing but friendly, professional, and genuinely want to help you. They made the whole process swift and smooth. We found our dream property in August and moved in three months later.
