   The apartments at Providence House are very nice, which high ceilings and large windows. Great location for commuting as it is a short walk to the train station. Also a short walk to Hook centre and Tesco. Bartley Heath is also a short walk away, which is great for dog walking. There is a great community spirit within the building and neighbours always seem willing to help.

   I love my apartment. It's a great home and the high ceilings really make it feel spacious. The community spirit in the building is awesome. Fab location for commuting, and plenty of places to walk the dog. Brilliant first step on the property ladder.

   Poor build - deemed extremely dangerous on fire test report. Developer / owner has exhausted all funds and can no longer finish the property or bring to a safe standard. So, he's building a hotel in the carpark to raise funds! Don't move in. Don't even look at the place.
