We have been as a couple to watch the new Avatar on Saturday the 20th of December on screen 1, at 20:15 and we were freezing. We couldnβt stay to watch the movie because we were cold even with our coats and jackets. We complained nobody cared on the employs of the cinema and we also contacted VUE online to complaint. Nobody cared. We are on our 30s we want to enjoy cinema as we did youngerβ¦.but this is a disgrace. We are never going back to the cinema again we will be watching movies home on our 86 inch oled screen. I mean we tried to give VUE a chance but this experience was baaaaad and nobody cared that makes it even worst.

Tried to see Chainsaw Man for the 5pm showing; there were the two of us and 30 other viewers in the auditorium. Everyone arrived well in time for the film to start. We waited, waited, waited, after 30 minutes past the scheduled time for the film to start two of us went to find out what was going on and why the film hadn't started. The staff were appalling. No-one knew what was going on. The young lady at the entrance said her manager had gone to discuss the issue with another member of staff, another viewer was told that the projector was broken. Not one member of the Vue team came into the auditorium to explain. One of the viewers was given a handful of free tickets and was handing them out as he said the film would not now be playing. Disgusting customer service from Vue. Appreciate things do break but you expect to be told and given alternatives by those providing the service... Many of the viewers, like us, had come a long way to see the movie. Would at least have expected a refund and some compensation...

Air conditioning not working throughout the entire cinema complex on a stifling hot afternoon. Reported issue to the staff several times, nothing done to resolve the situation. Eventually demanded to speak to the βManagerβ who eventually arrived from his office to advise me that they had emailed an External Company who remotely managed the air conditioning earlier that morning but no-one had responded. When I asked whether he had actually called them for an update, I was advised that that step was not documented in the reporting process - what a laugh. Air temperature eventually started cooling towards the end of a nearly 3-hour movie and when I left, I asked for the βManagerβ once again to claim compensation but he had already left the cinema complex for the day. Will never return to this nor the Oxford cinema complex which is appalling.

Β£20 for two for a movie late on a Saturday was a good price. Only 6 people at the screening. The movie (28 Years Later) was entertaining. Indoor car park a stoneβs throw away. Would come again.

Great cinema with nice staff. Have been here quite a few times and it's an easy hassle free experience, the screens and toilets etc are all clean. No issues

Comfortable seats, staff could learn to smile at their customers. Sometimes I feel I'm not welcome, but the cinema itself is clean and comfortable and the snacks are good

Have visited recently. It was a Monday night and although I had bought tickets. We could have walked in without paying. No checks and screen 1 had about 40 people in the theater. Perhaps their increased in seat price is discouraging customers in the current financial squeeze.

Very unhelpful staff and very poor facilities for disabled access, lift can only be accessed from the second floor and not from the ground. Disabled toilets were locked and had to ask for a radar key to get in.very poor website and very unhelpful customer service staff, very difficult to book tickets online, had to go to the venue to book tickets as customer services said they can't take bookings over the phone. Was my girlfriend and I first visit to Vue and was very disappointed with cinema experience, I for one will not be returning to Vue, very overpriced for tickets and food. Odeon is much better value for money with free parking as well. Also staff at Vue are very unhelpful and you wait for ages to get served, complete waste of time and money.

Really nice cinema. Easy to get to bring next to the car park. Nice and clean, comfy seats, plenty of screens. As always in cinemas the food and drink is a little pricey but no problems with it. Clean facilities too.
