   I am not sure what is happening with the Reading VUE staff, I was in line for a while when a new till opened when I tried to get there the girl at the till told me someone is already coming here. What is this are we reserving queue spaces now? Was he a friend of the girl behind the till?

   It was an awful experience we had in vue(Reading) we booked tickets for Kis Kis ko pyar karu 2 and when we reached into the cinema we saw that our seat was not comfortable and even they were broken, i will attach the photographs too. Our timing was Tuesday 16/12/2025 at 20:55 and my refrence number is WT627TG. I would not recommend you to go in Vue(Reading) at all.

   Other things I consider good in this movie hall except the one which is major one - Movie time of famous Indian Movies like Dhurandhar are not appropriate in weekend . Most of the families avoiding because of late show timing.

   Me and my friend went with vouchers to watch a movie for free. Unfortunately we made a mistake on our behalf and we had to pay full price. However the staff could have been more helpful in some way instead of just standing there waiting for us to work it out. It’s also expensive for what it is. However the place is clean and we had a good view of the movie. We went to see Fantastic Four and it was very good.

   My first time of going to the cinema here in Reading and my overall experience was a good one and not that expensive for a ticket, but the prices for popcorn and drinks a bit pricey, but wouldn't stop me from returning.

   It is considered a relatively old cinema and needs renovation. But it has an excellent location. Also, the price is considered cheaper than its competitor, the showcase. With all the previous considerations, we would like to give it 5 stars.

   Good cinema in the city centre. The location is great. The price is good. During most recent visits, toilets were out of order, and bins were full up, but it was a late movie on bank holiday, so not a surprise.

   Cheap tickets, Clean, Comfy seats. Easy to book seats and pay via website and then just scan tickets when you are ready to go into the cinema. Can bring your own foods and drinks in (except Alcohol, Hot drinks and foods) only hot drinks and food that are sold on the premises can be taken into the cinema due to insurance policies.
