Historically we have used this company in the past, they 'were' first class. Unfortunately their current service lacks communication, support and action, and in 'my opinion', they have become glorified copy writers (2022/23). We spent circa £5,000 (and nothing was ever challenged) we could have got the same poor results by applying / using an online option for a few hundred pounds. Again, in my opinion, save your money and look elsewhere.
Our dealings with Richard Young at Franks and Co has been phenomenal. He has held our IP portfolio together and kept us up to date with all or any changes or potential issues and of course keeping up with regulations. Always knowledgeable and professional he has recently gone out of his way to help us with an infringement, working after hours and really thrashing out our case - we have subsequently won and I cannot thank or recommend him enough - although I really don't want to share him, he's ours now! :-) Thanks again Richard - here's until next time!
