We went to see the housemaid today at 8:15pm. We had Id and pre paid tickets but was refused entry and they could not give a valid reason as to why. They then refused to give me receipts of the refund. Disgraceful customer service and I will not be returning here.

Not a bad cinema. What's really annoying is the endless adverts before the film (seems to go on for ever). Top tip - whatever time the film is scheduled to start, turn up 15 mins later to miss adverts!! Otherwise 4 Stars.

I went on Wednesday with my toddler, and another Mum and her toddler - they had the best time. All the staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. It was the little ones first time at the cinema and they were given stickers and certificates, which made it even more exciting for them. Genuine thanks to the staff (sorry I can't remember any names!) - my son is now a big cinema fan!

Screen 5 was too small, I've seen bigger TV's these days and if anyone was sitting Infront of me their heads would have been in the way. Wouldn't mind but it wasn't cheap, nearly £3 for bottle of pop too. The screen was downstairs so needed to go up in the lift and the other side of the cinema for toilets. +Staff were friendly and the film was good.

I'm sure the rest of the Cinema is good but screen 5 is awful. It's small and located at the bottom of the cinema so if you need the loo in between, you have to take a lift to the top. Should have just waited for the movie to be released online so we could watch it at home instead of paying to watch it on the small screen.

Quite a nice cinema with a good selection of films. However I don’t understand showing kids films in screen 5 when the sitting is on one level so it’s hard for kids to see the screen.

Went to the Odeon Andover with my children and had a fab experience. The staff member who served us was so lovely. Unfortunately the cheese for the nachos that my daughter was so desperate for was low so instead of us waiting and missing the bringing of our movie he so kindly brought it to us at our seats. Went above and beyond. The staff member who scanned our tickets was just as nice. Very welcoming. We were lucky and had screen 3 upstairs.

Good location (near town centre). Good selection of films. Somewhat uncomfortable basic seats (not recline either). Hair in popcorn. Staff not wearing face masks, no social distancing and worse of all: We spotted a sign on the door to screen 3 after our film stating the air circulation system is broken - not a good thing during rising covid cases (spread by particles in air) and being in close proximity to others for 3 hours!
