   Terrible service from the woman with black hair and thick black eyebrows. Doesn’t smile, slams your stuff on the counter, no hello and just walks off halfway through the transaction. No bye or thank you either. How did she get the job? And more to the point how is she still there as it’s a few times that it has happened now. Will not be shopping here again

   This store smells of sewage every time I go in. I feel sorry for the staff although maybe they’ve just got used to it, like if you live near a brewery and after a while the smell just becomes normal. Maybe it’s like that but I doubt it

   After years of buying Tesco meal deals I now go out of my way to get lunch at Co-op! At first they lured me in with their cold drinks (props to the person who decides how cold the fridges are because they have it spot on) and then like the lunatic I am I decided to try one of their sandwiches (props to the person who decides on the chicken to stuffing ratio as they have it spot on) and I was soon swayed. And as a bonus the human staff all seem cool, although not as cool as the fridges! (I'll get my coat....because of the fridges).

   This is a great shop. Good selections of wines. Not as expensive as some reviews say. However on the down side, beware using the cash machine outside the front door. On 21 December this year I attempted to withdraw £100. It gave my card back saying cash to follow. It didn’t follow. A female then used the machine. It kept her card for about 5 minutes then gave it back. Machine then said out of order. About two minutes later it was working. I contacted my bank and £100 had been taken from my account. They submitted a resolution and told me I’d have to wait up to 21 days to get my money back. This is ridiculous. Money should have been returned. It’s now 1 January and needless to say I’m still waiting. Poor show Co-op. Eventually got my money back on 20th of January. No apology from Co-op which in my opinion is a poor show.
