   I'd like to thank a very kind gentlemen serving customers this afternoon 2:30pm at Tesco, Dyce. I've sent my 9 year old daughter to buy a pack of eggs and a milk with five pounds hoping the amount will cover the cost of grocery. The cost was £5.95 and the gentlemen working at tesco was kind to use his own bank card to pay for the difference in cost. After analysing the bill, I've sent my daughter promptly back to repay the missing pound. This is what you call a great customer service! Thank you Tesco!

   Best corner shop ever. Staff are always lovely, they've got an incredible range of ingredients. So often I've gone in thinking "they'll never have this" and they do! Harissa paste, yeast, anchovies, you name it they've got it. Also a great Evri parcel shop.

   I bought a rump steak today 03 Aug 23. In the pack it looked great, no fat & just little veins. When I cooked it I expected the fat veins to melt in the cooking process like one would. That said, that absolutely was not the case, I tried to cut the fatty bits off on my plate but it was impossible, my other half gave up!! We shop in the Dyce Tesco almost every day, but this was worth the bad review! Asda beef is of better quality that is saying something! I have pictures which I hope I can upload. Don't buy rump steak from Tesco

   Normally the staff here are very polite, but tonight I went in just before 10pm when everyone was buying alcohol and it was a bit busy. I understand that it was busy and potentially stressful for the staff, but Monica spoke to me as if I was a child. I did not appreciate it, some needs to train her on how to address the public.

   I visited the store at 10pm on 5/7/2023 and was waiting in the queue for the self checkout and when tried to scan to pay on the machine, the till didn’t work as it needed a store login to be unlocked. The woman who was working behind the till called MONIKA, told me to move away from the till and that I “didn’t need to be here” with a very rude attitude and I told her that I understood but please be more polite. She responded that I should listen to her and not use the self checkout, which would’ve been a reasonable request if she wasn’t rude and impolite. After this I went to the back of the queue for the self checkout, when it was my turn to be served she was rude again, so I asked for her name and said that I didn’t appreciate the impoliteness. She told me that she wasn’t rude and I should’ve just listened to her.

   Staff watch every move you make, not a great selection and I know it's an express but smaller shops are better stocked and a bigger selection. It's in a pretty good location. Busy store.
