   Most of my shopping is from Tesco, and I’ve always been happy with their products. I especially like the Tesco Finest range—the quality is noticeably better, and the products are more flavorful than the standard Tesco options. They often have good deals too, depending on when you go. I also love their special bread and their tomatoes, which actually taste like real tomatoes! I highly recommend Tesco products, especially the Tesco Finest line for great taste and quality.

   This Tesco is generally very good for groceries and excellent for shopping with a child with additional needs. They have 2 trolleys suitable for larger children which they keep outside but clean and dry, that's so important for us but frequently missed by other Tesco's and all other retailers

   4 times in as many months have I had a bad experience at the self-serve checkouts. The staff attending seem to think the customers are a secondary consideration. The red light above the till flashes or the buzzer goes off, yet they continue to chat to their friend or colleague or look around vaguely before resuming their conversation. Really poor customer service. Furthermore, the veg is never fresh and doesn't last as long as the Best Before date... reduced prices on veg I wouldn't feed to my hens is an insult. Tesco have stopped their feedback option online so it's now much more difficult to complain about poor service to them!! Time to speak by footfall and just avoid this grocery magnate.

   Ellon tesco I give zero star But Unfortunately I have to give one star to leave my review. Service was poor, staff attitude appalling, My daughter got dismissed from the store because she had to carry our baby pet rats in their fluffy carry bed, im disgusted how my daughter was treated and I’m disgusted how my little animals were treated too, My rats are therapy animals and they have been trained very well to stay in their carry bed. My rats go everywhere with us. If it was a puppy in my daughters arms it would of been different. The way my daughter and I were treated you’d think we were scaring other costumers, we were minding our own business and doing our shopping after they were at the vet. I got so angry I left my shopping in the trolly and left the store, and I won’t be returning, I won’t be recommending this store to anyone. Ellon Tesco store has lost a family of costumers Absolutely disgusted I give the Ellon Tesco garage 5 star. Staff in the garage are amazing.

   Tesco Superstore in Ellon has now Click+collect for customers that do not want to pay for delivery. You can find also 3 double chargers for electric vehicles, with spaces reserved only for electric vehicles. At the beginning of September 2022, only 1 of them had 1 side not working (the 7 Kw).
