Can I just say that I have found the doctors and nurses to be a delight. But PATCHES and some of the responses from receptionists do rather blunt the experience

I wish I never moved to this practice. Everything is now on an online messaging portal, I sent my message 7 days ago, called in and messaged again and still waiting for my appointment. The actual Doctor I have spoken to previously have been brill but it seems impossible to ever get to them.

Never have been able to get an appointment. Their online system has a disclaimer that basically states they won't accept requests, even if they're urgent or an emergency. I've had to go to UTCs for small but potentially serious health issues. Additionally, the receptionists refused to update my record given a valid deed poll and ID. They didn't even add a "known-as" name like they said they would, so my name on my record is mismatched and I can't do anything about it.

It has gone really down bank in the last 12 months no compassion for the elderly, they think its ok for the the elderly to go online when lets face it older people in there 80 and 90 are used to ringing in for an appointment now have to use a new way of making an appointment. it is totally unacceptable.

The absolute worst practice I've ever registered with. I booked an appointment in adavce only to get a text a few days before to say it's cancelled. I rang and requested a call back in the call queue and the person ringing let my phone ring two times before handing up. This means I lost my place in the queue. I work on campus so attended to surgery only to be told to go somewhere near Arturia when I teach most days here. The next they were willing to offer was the 17th. What exactly do you expect me to so until then with my sickness. I rarely go to doctors and when one is desperate they are absolutely terrible at offering an appointment but also the doctors really bad at treatments. What an absolute waste. I am. Also about to wrote a formal letter of complaint and sending it to the relevant NHS department. I recommend others do the same. Without force it seems they are unable to improve. Slackers.

Absolutely useless. Ring them as soon as it turns 8am to be 17th in the queue, wait over half an hour to be told that the earliest I can get an appointment for a UTI is 3 days away eventhough it has already started to turn into a kidney infection. When stating this fact I was referred to a clinic that the name brings up no search results on Google and seems to not exist.

My wife and I have used Keele Medical Practice for a number of years. We have always found the doctors, nurses and reception staff easy to talk to and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.

I’ve got fairly complex medical needs. The staff here are simply awesome, can’t recommend them enough. A deeply caring professional service. It’s very easy to get an appointment the same day, phone just after 8am.

absolutely awful. Their appointments system is a mess, the receptionist and nurses are neglectful and always seem to be forgetting, misunderstanding or misplacing your information. They have no regard for people with disabilities, visible or otherwise. Having a leg disability means it's very difficult for me to walk to and from home to attend my appointments, yet they have no problem sending you back over their own appointment error. They need to fix up and there needs to be more specific slots made for doctor calls because wasting an entire hour of a person's day even after sorting out a specific time is not okay. Its unprofessional and unfair.

Been registered to a few doctors now and this one is by far the best I've been to. The doctor really takes his time to deal with my problems and explains things clearly and respectfully. This helps massively considering I get awful nerves before going to the doctors. Would really reccomend this surgery.
