Tom treated my recurring ingrown toenail and was clear, reassuring, and easy to talk to from start to finish. I had a partial nail avulsion which was quick and went very smoothly. The clinic is friendly and welcoming and I felt well looked after throughout. Highly recommend. Thanks Tom!

Fantastic experience, treatment I had was easy to book and the staff throughout my time at the clinic were super friendly and attentive. The procedure itself was explained thoroughly and I was even offered a follow up consultation free of charge to ensure the issue had been rectified. Absolutely no reason I wouldn't recommend based on my experience.
If I could add zero stars, I would! Went a number of weeks ago now with a major ankle issue, was struggling to bare weight on it. Got there as part of a private medical claim, so all covered! Had what felt like an apprentice with a shock wave therapy machine telling me that if it feels uncomfortable, its working, yet every time I said it was uncomfortable she moved. Absolute waste of time and money! On top of this, as I left the pointless treatment room, I was advised I'd need to resume this treatment weekly and I'd be sent an email with movements and exercises I could do to improve. No follow appointments offered! No contact to book! No exercises sent to help improve the condition as suggested. I feel this place is great at taking your money, recommending pointless products but will gladly place unregistered apprentices on clients that give bad advice and dont appear to be registered. The clinic looks nice and is nice inside, but does appear to sell loads of vile sponsored and non-clinically registered nonsense. If you want actual help, go elsewhere.
I recently visited The Nantwich Clinic for a podiatry appointment with Tom, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tom resolved a long-standing issue with my foot from an old injury in just one session, which was a huge relief. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making the whole process really straightforward. Highly recommend!
Called this company this morning as I was in so much pain with my toes - managed to get booked in and seen within 1/2 hour from my phone call as they had availability. The practice is extremely clean and tidy and very professional. All of the staff were extremely accommodating as I had to take my children with me. The customer service I received from all staff including the chiropodist was outstanding. Lots of information (at my request), time and care given and left with instant ease and no more pain. 100% recommend this practice!!
Excellent service provided by Tom and his team ever since my daughter and I have attended The Nantwich Clinic. Tom is such a lovely person and made our daughter feel really at ease before, during and after her recent foot surgery. The surgery itself was done brilliantly and we are very pleased with the result. I have also had treatment by Tom and was extremely pleased with his manner and expertise and the treatment outcome. I've had two sessions with Tom on my feet. Both times I've come away feeling great and literally walking on air. He takes time to explain what he is doing and what may be wrong with your feet. The staff are lovely and helpful and the clinic is beautiful and airy. Highly recommend
I was suffering with a foot injury from running and the team at Nantwich Clinic were really supportive in starting to treat this for me alongside some physio. Tom is very good at explaining things in a way you can understand and also putting you at ease, which is really important when you’re in discomfort and looking for reassurance. They are always caring and friendly when you go to the clinic.
