I’ve been seeing Ben for nearly a year after struggling with a kneecap that was out of alignment and causing ongoing problems. The progress I’ve made has been amazing! We’ve tried different strength work exercises and acupuncture, and he’s helped me get to a point where surgery is no longer discussed. He is patient, takes his time to listen and genuinely cares about your recovery and end goals. The whole team at TruePhysio are fantastic — always warm, welcoming, and happy to help. I visited for the first time on Tuesday for my first sports massage. I had been experiencing some discomfort in my shoulder and back and had an appointment made for me by my husband after he had good experience visiting the Crewe branch. I was seen by Courtney, who was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel at ease and was so thorough with the experience. My shoulder and back pain is nothing compared to before and I feel so much lighter after it. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

After suffering with foot / ankle pain for some months, he took time to understand the problem, explained the treatment plan clearly and adjusted it as I progressed. Absolutely fantastic staff, both clerical and clinical. Vanessa greeted me on each visit, made me feel welcome and organised by repeat sessions. Leah (physio) provided incredible sports massages to an area of pain I have been experiencing for 2 years now. She also suggested various exercises for me to perform in my own time which proved beneficial. I would highly recommend visiting this clinic in Nantwich for any physiotherapy needs you may have. John sorted my husband’s sciatica and gave him exercises which ease the pain. He also helped me with neuropathic pain in my feet and walking is much easier now. At our age it is excellent to have help without any more medication. Thank you from us both.
