   Definitely don't recommend, stay away from that place, guy told me he'll bring stuff, so I was waiting all day, no one came i lost time, eventually, after not answered call and messages he got back to me, eventually I got some of the things week later, plus , he changed some stuff, he brought me different cupboard than the one I ordered. It was cheap and I realised later cause it looked similar, so I didn't bothered to contact as I guess it wouldn't be easy or worth it to fight for it yet I believe that's the way he makes money, scamming people. Definitely not coming back, and recommend you to stay away too if you don't want lose money and nerves...

   Great service. I bought a second hand fridge, gas cooker and a washing machine for a great price and they delivered all the way to Long Eaton. I did have a problem with the fridge, but Richard happily sorted me a replacement with free delivery and no stress. Many many thanks.

   I can't speak highly enough of Richard Sperron. Sold me a cooker that didn't meet the required standard. He fully reimbursed me and for my fuel. I will use him again and tell every landlord to use Upper Dale Domestics.. Richard is ethical and his moral compass points in the right direction..

   if i could mark 0 stars i would. purchased a sofa saturday to find out its actually broken. after speaking to the shop they advised they do not offer refunds of exchanges and i should of noticed this before i paid. the sofa is broke from underneath inside- i would not of noticed this when visually inspecting at the shop. disgusting customer service
