Today, after having severe pain in my lower back and leg - I visited Chris at Swan. From the start of the journey the process was extremely professional and slick. From my initial contact with Carys (only yesterday) to my attendance and welcome with Cameron - then to my session with Chris, I was treated absolutely first class. I explained my symptoms to Chris and Chris then explained very clearly what he was going to do, he conducted an exploratory examination of me and then he proceeded to attain a full understanding from his expert medical knowledge. Chris is clearly a top professional in this field, he explained everything very clearly and in 'plain terms' and not medical jargon. Chris has set a clear recovery pathway for me and im confident in a successful result for me to be pain free and also prevent this occurring in the future. Just to add, the Swan team are clearly ensuring that the workflow is slick and professional and Chris was using a specific physio Ai module to record the full session and the recommendations and also my comments. Explanation of what is happening and why, been made to feel reassured through out the appointment. Training program with students is a fantastic opportunity for hands on learning. You can see Cary’s and Nats passion for teaching. Always make to feel at easy and I know I’m always going to get a tailor made service for my particular needs at every appointment.

I have had a calf issue for years, affecting my running performance and range of motion. Nat and Tom accessed my leg and realise my injury instantly, only had a few sessions of acupuncture and massage but already feeling the difference!
