Lewis, Dave and Opie were all super helpful on my semi-frequent visits to the VPZ store in Aberdeen. I always buy at least two disposable vapes normally, but on this occasion I bought the rechargeable and refillable Lost Mary vape. Never a queue and service is fast and efficient. All of the staff here are highly knowledgeable on vapes and how much healthier they are compared with cigarettes. It's also much cheaper than smoking. Highly recommended!

I came in to the shop to buy a replacement vape for my broken voopoo drag x, as I'm not an expert i asked for help with choosing something similar, I was told the innokin limax will be a good option - the quality is not even slightly comparable to what I had, it is spilling liquid in my mouth and works only up to 18w when my old one was working on 60-80w! When I called and I asked for a refund I was told I won't be able to get one, the staff was very arrogant and not customer friendly, I got a phone number to their customer service which doesn't accept incoming calls! Outrageous, misseling is illegal and I'm not leaving it like this.
