   Telephoned at 8am, appointment at 8.40. Had a wonderful person who diagnosed that I had an awful infection. Cannot fault the care! BUT, then had to wait until lunchtime for the prescription as sent across digitally from the hospital (which is fine), but then had to follow up to see if it was ready at the local pharmacy. Easier in past times when you were given a paper prescription and could stop and pick it up; I could have started medication at 9am instead of 1pm!!!

   Made to stand awkwardly at the reception desk for about 30 seconds while 4 receptionists avoided looking at me to continue their conversation about what time they were taking their lunch. Don't let me interrupt you, ladies! The doctor was great.

   Rebecca at the special dental unit just off of Beaulieu Road in Hythe (in the New Forest) at the new hospital which was rebuilt and it reopened three years ago in 2022, she was very attentive as was her colleague and Rebecca makes you (the patient) feel at ease and is happy to clarify any queries, I had a broken upper wisdom tooth that needed to be removed, fortunately I was able to get an appointment at The Royal South Hants Hospital, during the week she is based at Hythe and the rest of the week she is based at Southampton, I definitely would recommend Rebecca to other dental patients

   I recently went for a x-ray and a ultrasound and wow the staff were fabulous this is a Lovely hospital with fantastic staff really cheerful and helpful I really couldn't ask for more And free parking

   Goes in yesterday morning with a hell servere pain in my lower part of body they said there's nothing wrong with me to do a sexual health test which is what they always go on about to being rushed into hospital early this morning to find out that I got a really bad urine infection that's gone to my kidneys aswell which means I have urine infection and kidney infection at the same time how can that happen just from one day really poor service
