My daughter went here today to have her ears syringed, Charlotte was amazing, explained everything and very reassuring, she did a great job very quickly and would definitely recommend!! Thank you so much, she is now pain free and can hear me properly now.

Easy it find. Very clean and welcoming and lovely staff. Everything was explained to me and I was given my results straight away with recommendations of my options and what to do next.

Mum just had a home visit from Karen Thompson who was absolutely brilliant she replaced a broken earing aid and made adjustments end result mum has far better hearing she is vulnerable and Karen was very professional friendly helpful and understands I can't rate her high enough

Great service. They were very helpful and after a thorough hearing test, they provided me with a pair of very comfortable and easy to wear hearing aids that have revolutionised my life.
I had an appointment on Fri 30th Oct, with David. First visit. I can not recommend them enough. Lovely receptionist, chatty and welcoming. David performed my test, went through the results in detail, listened and answered my questions, I fully understood my results. He didnt push me into having a hearing aid as I dont need one, unlike another company. Thank you. See you in 12 months. Carol
Visited this shop today with my son Louis who is proudly deaf and autistic. The lady on the door was so friendly and helpful as were the staff in the shop. The hearing aid department is shut at the hospital. They mended his hearing aid and put new tubing on for him. Only took 15mins. I have a happy young man thanks to all the staff. Big thumbs up from us
