    I’d previously spent over £400 on treatment elsewhere with absolutely no improvement, so I was starting to lose hope. I was then recommended the Total Care Clinic, and after just one session with Jasmine I immediately felt a real difference. I have mild scoliosis and some muscle lumps in my lower back, and despite my condition — plus the strain my job puts on me — my back now feels more “normal” than it has in years. And all of this was achieved for far less than I’d already spent at the other clinic. I’m genuinely grateful for the care and expertise Jasmine has given me. I can finally see real, meaningful improvement in my back. I couldn’t recommend her and the Total Care Clinic more highly. Thank you jasmine!

    Following an email enquiring about acupuncture I had an appointment arranged with Jazz. My email was responded to within just a few hours (much better than my previous attempt to arrange therapy with other providers) The response offered a choice of next day appointment, two appointments the day after or a Saturday appointment! A superb service and I had not even had the treatment. On attending my appointment the session started promptly and on time - another great result as I find it very disrespectful to be left waiting when I have arrived on time for an appointment I am paying for. Jazz was very thorough collecting my previous history then started inserting needles - the reason for my visit. Having turned me into somewhat of a pin cushion Jazz explained clearly everything she was going to do, why she was doing it and what I should expect, which was fantastic. To my surprise, the session concluded with a deep muscle massage of my areas of concern. To say this was incredible would be an under statement. I had not expected it and Jazz did a "proper" massage rather than those useless "beauty therapist "tinkley tonkley" massages" Finally I was given some homework in the form of exercises. I had attended with tendonitis in my left elbow and the remnants of a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder, both were giving me pain on a regular basis, interrupting my sleep and stopping me from working as I should. Within hours I noticed I was using my left hand when I had not been able to for the previous 8 weeks - great result and my shoulder - no pain, at all. I cannot recommend the Totalcare Clinic highly enough, should you need acupuncture, this is the place to go and if you are really lucky, you will get a session with Jazz, I'm sure she will fix you like she fixed me. I'm not totally fixed, but now I forget I have a problem with my elbow... until I over do it and my body shouts at me. In my second session Jazz has addressed this. My shoulder is pain free since the first session. What more can you ask for? Thanks Jazz!!!

    I hurt myself last night at training and called Total Care Clinic this morning, they organised an appointment for me by 5pm this evening. I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman named Ian and was taken through to their delightful waiting area. I was then seen by Jasmine who made me feel very comfortable and we went through a thorough dress down of my previous injuries and my lifestyle, forming a whole picture of my current discomfort and analysing it carefully. Then she worked on my back and concluded that I had displaced my rib slightly and although we were unable to relieve me of my pain entirely, Jasmine was very informative and open, and I feel much more confident going forward. I’ve booked myself in for a follow up same time next week but we’re both hoping the rib will be sorted before then. Thanks to Total Care who really helped me in a very painful spot today, looking forward to next week and will be definitely going to them in the future.

    I went to see Will Betteridge after suffering for over 2 years, my level of pain had become unbearable and I had seen a number of a doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists and other specialists. When I went to see Will I was not sure he would do any better and had begun to lose faith. Having met Will, he sat me down explained every step of the process, took a very detailed history, did an assessment, noting all my areas of pain and checked me over, there were quite a few tests he did to determine what was causing my pain. There were measurements taken, strength tests etc. He was very very professional. Having done his assessment he gave me a few options for treatment and he told me if he could not treat me then he would refer me to someone who could. Having seen different specialists for a number of years that I had to keep going to for treatment with no end to my pain in sight, his comment was reassuring, within 4 sessions he had determined I needed an MRI, had administered a few treatment options to help ease my pain and as promised referred me on to a specialist. I am not knocking the doctors and specialists I saw but in comparison Will had diagnosed my condition accurately in 4 appointments and I want to go on record to firstly highly recommended him and secondly thank him for his help and support, he went above and beyond his job to make sure I got the right treatment. I will always be grateful that I went to see him. I am beyond grateful.
