Kim is amazing. I went with a leg injury, unable to walk down the stairs properly and due to go on holiday. Two days later I wasn't just doing stairs, I was skiing! A few sessions more and I'm back to myself. She's now my first port of call for all aches and pains, and I can't recommend her more highly.
I took my son who is due to play in the Junior European Open Golf Championships as he was suffering with a sore shoulder and I didn’t want to chance leaving it with such a big competition coming up . We had an appointment with kim ,she first diagnosed the problem which was a sore Trap . Kim then massaged the area and also used cupping .Kim then massaged the areas around where the Trap connects as these areas where also sore . Advice given was to strengthen body and work on better body rotation ( was given stretching exercises) as to try to prevent the injury recurring . Two days later my son was able to swing with out feeling pain . Was very impressed with the full service and would highly recommend Hayden Therapies .
Couldn’t recommend Kim enough! I’ve been using Kim for a long time balancing both my riding and work problems she keeps me going. Kim is brilliant and will figure out any issues you’ve got as well as providing a good experience in the session her aftercare is always followed up as well ensuring everything is still feeling good.
Kim has worked wonders! I came to see Kim with tendonitis in my elbow which was causing me significant discomfort and reducing the strength of my grip... in my right arm/hand, and I'm right handed. Kim did some dry needling and showed me some exercises to do at home and it has, effectively, given me back my right arm! Not only is Kim knowledgeable and skilled but is a lovely person to have treating you. The treatment rooms are clean, well appointed and comfortably Covid secure.
Incredible understanding of individual pain tolerance/management I’ve been seeing Kim for many years. She has put me back together again more times than I ever sang the Humpty Dumpty nursery rhyme to my children. Her question first today “how are you?” Was greeted with the answer of “delicate” The treatment I received was, as always, according to my body’s receiving the required relief for my own personal acceptance I won’t go to anyone else. I’ve never found a therapist with such understanding of my physical and mental well being as Kim Hayden
