   The woman who answers the phone is such a rude person. Everytime when I called she was extremely rude, never saying ‘hello’ and ‘goodbye’. Instead of greeting she just ask you ‘where you are going?’ and instead of farewell she will just hangs up. Not once I waited for a taxi for long time, and never arrived because she considered I don’t deserve it and she didn’t bother to send one. If you answer her questions ‘where you going?’ with your address without saying ‘please may i have a taxi?’ she will just become even more ruder and will give you a lesson on manners instead of actually doing her job. Just avoid this company!!
