   I visited here with a friend (who has moderate learning difficulties), I was apprehensive at first due to having a visual impairment myself, but it was a fantastic experience. The cinema is easily found, the food & drinks counters were clearly displayed & it was very simple to use a digital ticket to enter. The sound wasn't excessively loud, the seats were comfortable & the floors were clean. I found the screen fairly easy to see. The only minor complaint is the amount of adverts before the film begins, but this is to be expected at all cinemas! Very enjoyable experience, excellent.

   UPDATE 2ND April 2024. From a 4 star to a 1star! This evening we were told by staff that a disabled guest is NOT allowed a carer (even with a CEA Card or proof of disability) for an unlimited screening. Absolutely nonsense, discrimination and against reasonable adjustments. Should be ashamed of themselves! Was clean as was the lobby There are plenty of seats for the movie, although one allocated was broken. Most ticket machines were out of order. The one we used did not print our tickets, and was alleged to be working. 10% off food and drinks with unlimited card was a nice touch. Plenty of treats and snacks, but rather pricey. Plenty of parking near by.

   First time visit & better than expected. Free parking in next door car park was an added bonus. Comically expensive popcorn, pick & mix, & drinks so eat before or bring your own.

   The cinema itself is fine. Good location next to large free car park. The usual 30 minutes difference between started time and actual start time. Car park is tricky to find, which is free. Guy who was checking tickets before entrance to cinema was wandering around, had to wait for him to turn up so we can get in. He needs to professional and enthusiastic towards work. Kids loved the place and movie

   Movie theatres are very good with comfortable seats. More choice of food and drinks would be lovely. Also men's toilet should be regularly cleaned as they smell very unpleasant.

   Really good access box in screen 6. Toilets are right behind the box. You have a full view of the screen without breaking your neck. Wheelchair space and 3 seats for friends without access needs. Screens 1 and 6 have an access box
