   I took my mum to Cineworld for her birthday, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. The colour calibration for the film was clearly wrong. The red channel appeared to be off, which gave everyone on screen a strange yellow, jaundiced look. It was distracting and pulled us completely out of the film. I went out twice during the screening to let staff know. On both occasions I was politely but clearly fobbed off, with no real attempt to investigate or fix the issue. One member of staff told me it was my fault, which was infuriating. Because this was meant to be a birthday treat, the lack of care and follow-up soured the whole experience. Mistakes happen, but being ignored when you flag a genuine technical problem is frustrating. I’ve been a long-time customer, but this visit has genuinely put me off returning.

   if your watching a 15 and you need to look 20-25years old to be let in otherwise you’ll be i’d went to watch fnaf 2 and got id and what 15-16 year olds have ids for a kids film disappointed

   Decent cinema. The screens are okay. The food is meh and overpriced. Also, the seats are generally uncomfortable so basically everything you can expect from a small town English cinema. I suggest bringing your own food/snacks. If there is a movie out there you're dying to watch on a big beautiful screen I suggest a higher end cinema elsewhere. Otherwise, this cinema is not bad at all and is fine for an evening out or a date. Go ahead and watch some Hollywood slop that you would probably enjoy watching at home more.

   Staff were really helpful and friendly. Perfectly accessible for wheelchair users. Wheelchair space inside the seating area has great viewing of the screen.

   Oh dear, almost entirely empty: a doomed business, unless they think up a better attraction than the usual soul-less cinema. Give it some thought, if you want you keep your jobs! Get a drinks licence, a smoking area, some games machines, anything to get the kids in....

   Qhen we arrived i discovered I had accidentally booked the tickets for the previous. David very kindly allowed us to change the booking to that day. Excellent service. Always great sound and picture quality. Our favourite cinema.
