Have used Sovereign Cruise Club about four times to book cruises. Staff are very helpful & friendly, & are cheaper than booking direct with cruise company. Will book with them again.

Completely incompetent from start to finish. I booked a £10K Uniworld River Cruise and paid extra for business class flights. Sovereign failed to inform me of a flight time change which would ruin the last 48 hours of my cruise as I would need to leave the ship at 0600 to travel to the airport. They then fabricated a story that the time change had only just happened but I have an email from TAP from 6 weeks previous. When I complained again they managed to cancel both the outbound and return business class flights, they then offered me EasyJet flights and couldn't understand why I wouldn't accept them. All the staff members that I have spoken to require training on customer service as its pathetic. I had a similar experience with a back-to-back Seadream Cruises for Christmas and New Year 2020. I was assured the cruise would proceed as scheduled only to find both itineraries had been cancelled. I requested a refund which was many weeks as Sovereign would only refund me when they received a refund from Seadream. I then had to cancel 4 flights to Miami and Caribbean Islands plus over night hotels. My advice is to avoid Sovereign Cruise Club at all costs. They may have been £200 cheaper than other cruise company but there is a good reason for that. You pay peanuts....................... UPDATE Uniworld have now taken over my booking from Sovereign. Uniworld have re-booked the business class flights and paid for post-cruise overnight hotel accommodation so we don't need to leave the ship at 0600.
Ignore David Pope, he must be a very awkward, hard to please person. The Sovereign Cruise Club is by far the best luxury cruise agent in Europe and we have used them for many years. They offer fantastic personal service and are always helpful and easy to get hold of and they offer amazing prices. Book elsewhere at your peril!
