   We booked an all inclusive holiday though Toucan Hook - not the cheapest but we trusted them for a holiday where they new my fiance was going to propose. The collection of the tickets and everything was disrupted and not managed correctly so had to use Chineham's branch. The holiday arrives and it was not all inclusive. We had to pay for every single drink and we only were provided with breakfast so had to pay for lunch, dinner and snacks. During our holiday, we had several phone calls with them and they were not helpful. Once we returned we were given a £15 "good will gesture" which was only given after several formal complaints. Through a 3rd party we were given 10% refund. This was not even enough to cover the lunch and dinners let alone drinks. Our experience was ruined and will never use them again nor recommend them.
