   When my partner announced he wanted to take me away on a family ski trip I felt worried and nervous as I had not only never skied before but had deliberately avoided the sport! We used Edward Waite-Roberts of Chandelle Travel as our travel consultant and he was totally brilliant - he understood exactly what we wanted out of this family ski trip and he delivered on every level. Edward listened to our requirements and sorted everything on our behalf, even open to possible changes along the way. He was very patient with us and allayed my fears! It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into organizing our travel schedule to ensure that we had good flight times and easy transfers to the resort. Little did I imagine that after my partner liaised with Edward of Chandelle Travel my every whim would be catered for save for the question of my uncomfortable skiboots!- However it could well be that actually this was partly down to my fear and clinging on with my toenails!! I can honestly say that Edward guided us expertly as here’s what I loved about our trip to the Rila Hotel, Borovets, Bulgaria. The hotel was the most centrally located with ski hire and lift passes all organised for pick up at the hotel itself. The food was wonderful and welcome after a hard day learning on the slopes! The best thing about our hotel was its wonderful spa which helped us all recover daily after our lessons. My children enjoyed night skiing and we all enjoyed some of the local nightlife and entertainment. It was great to spend some quality together. Ski Lessons were arranged according to our ability and were really great-I could even be seen skiing daily-something I never imagined!! Thankyou Edward for some magical memories -We'd definitely highly recommend you and your services.
