Just registered as a new patient and got to say so far i'm impressed. Registration took less than an hour. I did an econsult and got a call 5 mins later and an appointment booked. Was trying over 2 weeks at my old surgery who never had appointments when called and didn't answer econsults. Additional. First appointment was amazing I actually felt listened to and a follow up appointment was made before I left. I had to do another econsult for a different matter and It was again answered within minutes with a link sent so I could have a call from a dr of my choice at a time that suited me.

Been with Walnut Tree Surgery for 6 years now, so friendly and now know me by face when I come in. They do go above and beyond the call og duty.

Had my first telephone consultation with Dr Lee today, very impressed, I actually enjoyed our conversation. She came across as caring, efficient and informative. More importantly Dr Lee was not condescending or judgemental but a realist. Too many GPs just lecture, Dr Lee listened and advised.

Spoke to a receptionist today concerning my blood test that she was cancelling, she was so hostile, rude and curt towards me. didn’t let me get a a word out, kept cutting me off mid sentence and dropped the call before I could speak.

First time going to this practice since moving to the area, honestly the receptionist lady was so friendly (and had lovely nails) and when I got to my appointment the nurse Hailey was also extremely kind and patient. Booking the appointment was so easy and smooth, 10/10 process would recommend this surgery to all!

I've been 'fobbed off' for 3 days trying to get antibiotics for a sinus and inner ear infection , they passed me to the pharmacy who passed me back to the GP as they agreed i need antibiotics. Day 2 i called back the GP to chase the appointment - they advised they were getting round to me and a Dr would call me back, they never did. Receptionist told me on day 3 of trying to speak to a GP there isn't a doctor who even has 5 minutes to speak to me today. Absolutely awful and dangerous service.

I don’t find it very fair that I’ve had a text with no time booked for a call it just said morning presuming online it’s says you don’t open till 8 and we can’t contact you. Then you expect my partner who was up at 5am with anxiety waitin for you. You decided to call her at 7:30am even though she’s explained this anxiety also if you want a different doctor it’s takes them 100 tries to understand what that means the only great and best person in there is Rachel she listen and understands just like doctors should?

Worst gp I have had so far. I am having bleeding for over a year, but they don’t care. I got depressed they didn’t care either. I need a prescription renewal, but to be honest it’s such a stressful process, I prefer to get from anywhere else. They lost my exam results, so I have to redone it. I believe they want we suffer or die as soon as, as it’s hard to get properly appointment. Too sad.

I’m not the one who write any reviews but this is a must … worst surgery ever, they also use very bad system, long waiting time for simple things which they do not sort out for you anyway, everything take them ages with no result on the end … avoid this place ! there’s minimum of two useless doctors … Can not compare this with my previous and new surgery where I was and I’m now, worst experience ever had with GP By the way receptionist are very nice

I love this surgery so much! They have always been so helpful and always take time to explain things to you as a patient so you have a clear understanding of your care. Great thanks to Dr O’Neil and Dr C.Leung for restoring my faith in the NHS! They’ve both been so kind and patient with my care, I always get dismissed due to me being a ‘low risk and young patient’ despite all the trouble I was going through with my health but they take excellent care of me and always try to reassure me and make sure I receive the right treatment that I am also happy with. Thank you so much again! Im so grateful.
