   I love this company: the drivers are SO friendly, the cars always turn up and they are always on time, which let's be honest, is exactly what you want from a taxi company and currently this is the only company I use now, because I'm fed up of taxi companies in my town who literally have one job, that let me down ALL of the time. Are they the cheapest? No. Am I happy to pay the extra £1? For reliability? Absolutely. Well done Skyline, keep up the good work.

   Big Mo (3011) We use Skyline Taxis frequently for work and Mo delivers exceptional service each time. He is friendly and professional, and his car is always clean. Mo is always down for a chat and gets me from A to B safely. No complaints.

   Not amused!! I booked a taxi last night to take my girlfriend and I to the train station at 2.50 this morning. Confirmed with the lady on the phone several times… We stood outside the front door of our house at 2.49 and waited until about 2.52. I then called and asked where our taxi was and the guy on the phone said there was no booking. Absolutely bang out of order completely! We had to run to the train station with all our luggage!!

   Appalling! Booked for pick up today and told 35/40 mins, told me they didn't know the pick up location. Then sent an confirmation for collection. A call 1 hr later telling me they had no taxi for the job. This left me with my elderly mum and young child with no way to get home. Dispatch was disrespectful and had no empathy. Lost my custom permanently

   Taxi driver increased the previously agreed fixed price of the fare 15 minutes into the journey despite knowing the destination when picked up the fare. He argued loudly and aggressively for increasing the fare, did this with an operator from the taxi company on a call going along with the taxi driver. Gave the impression he had done this many times before. Please be careful when using this company.

   The worse taxi service ever, do not use!! Utter disrespect for the customer, huge price increase after the pandemic, drivers always late despite booking in advance. I complained to the manager that they had made me arrive late for work and other occasions, he promised to put me on priority, booked a taxi for a hospital appointment which I had been waiting for for months, guess what? Driver arrives 20 minutes late, I was late for the appointment, I panicked with all the stress, luckily the hospital saw me for the exam, then when I came out, 4 minutes after the time for the return taxi, the driver had already left - they do not even communicate between themselves to check why I was not ready.... useless unprofessional people ....after using their services for 5 years and paying them lots of money I'm done.

   Pre booked that morning. Have picked up from my address previously with no issues. Taxi was running late (up to 20 minutes). Called office only to be told driver could not locate the address even though app has a locating pin. Said they would send another car but meant would be 40 minutes late and we had a reservation. Cancelled the cab and was shocked to find we had been charged a part fare for the abortive visit. No fault of my own, shame on you Skyline. Won't be using again.
