   Very poor customerservice. When booking I was told a car would be with me in 5-10 minutes. Car didn't arrive for 30+ minutes. Same for the return journey. I appreciate it was a last minute booking but I think customers deserve to be given a realistic time. When I contacted the office the operator was dismissive, unhelpful and dishonest. Operator said they were in the area but the app said they were 15 minutes away! If taxi is late the fare should be reduced. Would not use for a last minute booking again.

   Wonderful company, called last minute and came within 10. Was incredibly accommodating to myself and my one year old son. Chatted the whole way home will definitely be using this company again.

   Used this for a taxi on Saturday night, very expensive and despite having a website to track the driver (which said 15 minutes until they arrived) it took over 40 minutes. Once they arrived took them another good 5 minutes to verify that I was the correct passenger despite showing the booking reference on my phone.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Appalling service. Booked taxi 24 hrs in advanced. Advised our postcode isn’t yet registered as I’m on a new build estate however it will come up on google maps. They ended up marking a nearby leisure centre for the pick up spot however they had notes of my actual location so I thought all ok. I also notified them we had two large suitcases. Next day I get a notification when the driver was en route and that I could track them. Was getting concerned as pick up time came and no arrival, driver was still 10 mins away according to app. Next notification was that the driver arrived however the notes I previously made when booking in the day before was obviously not passed on. The driver eventually called me then having to re explain my actual location. Eventually he arrives and again shocked to see it’s a taxi with no boot space so we spent the journey clinging onto our luggage which was just smashing around everywhere. We ended up missing our train to the airport due to the driver being late and were also charged additionally to what we have been charged doing the same journey. Safe to say I will not be using this device again.

   Phoned at 8pm on a Tuesday for a taxi from Arlesey High Street to Arlesey Station at 10.45the next morning but they were closed. I won't bother trying them again. I called the next number on the list and they arrived on time no problem,and this company was based in Biggleswade 20 minutes away .I will definitely use this taxi firm in the future over the local company. Sorry once again I can only award 5 stars.
