   I came in with absolutely no idea of where I wanted to go for my 25th birthday. Kerry had given me an entire plethora of options within my budget that I couldn't even find online. Excellent service and superbly friendly. Would recommend to anyone to go in store rather than online, as the deals they talk about are simply mind-blowing! With that said... Bring on Hotel Riu Paraiso!

   Had a great chat today with Kerry, was certain it was going to be a long drawn out process but she was super efficient and I didn't have to spend longer booking my holiday than I will be taking it! (Past experience of these things). Highly recommend for an expert to work out the details and just get you out there!

   Went into branch today to grab some holiday ideas for a week away for my birthday and I was greeted by Georgia who is the store manager and I must say, I understand why she has been given the title, she is very helpful, professional and has very good listening skills because she picked out great holidays with the criteria that I gave. She popped a few quotes/ideas together for me and I will definitely be back to book one f them once have decided.

   I go to Tui Newbury a lot when I am looking for a holiday. Whether it is advice, a holiday or add ons that I am after, the staff are always very helpful and happy. Joseph was a great help recently by suggesting the city card to save us money on our holiday and helped us get a good deal. They are constantly giving us the celebrity customer service, I will defiantly be returning in the future. THANK YOU TUI

   After a dreadful experience with the tui telephone service Chloe at the Newbury branch saved me. She could not have been more helpful and sorted out my Change of flights . In future I will only book with Tui through this branch . It is a completely different level of service . The staff are much more knowledgeable and helpful . When she didn’t have the answer to a question she was honest and went to her colleagues who were also very very helpful . If I had listened to the phone advisor it would have cost me £980 more! Thank you Chloe . You just saved Tui a social media rant !
