    It was my first time in the Podiatry Clinic and I was told by the podiatrician that they don't cut nails while someone in the next room was having his nails cut then told me that they won't see me again and that I have been taken off the register and if my gp refers me to them again I will be rejected. I was told that they will not treat me and that I will not be treated by them and did not give me an explanation as to why or who decided this. The Podiatry nurse looked on the computer first and did say something about been told by someone not to treat me, she actually said 'ive been told not to treat you'.

    Wife came with our son to the baby clinic. Annoyed with the fact that we were the first ones to come in and the last ones to be seen. 4 people went in before us including 2 to the baby clinic. What was that about?

    Such friendly people. Had my procedure done by a lovely nurse and the receptionists even gave my daughter who was being looked after by my mum, a biscuit. Fantastic customer service and great toys for little ones to keep them amused.

    Booked an appointment and they got me im when I wanted, the receptionist was lovely on the phone and in person. Nurse was also really lovely and really impressed with the while experience at the clinic.
