   Pre booked, told would be 15 minutes, 15 minutes later I'm then called and told I need to make the payment before the taxi can be dispatched! I make the payment and still have to wait a further 30 minutes for the taxi. Poor service and will not use again or recommend.

   Came 10min late and changed 60p for his own waiting time ,which was his U-turn at the end road. I need reliable taxi been late today very disappointed.

   Turned up 30 minutes late and we missed our table reservation, specified we needed a taxi for 7 and sent a taxi far too small and wouldn’t discount for the inconvenience caused avoid with all costs!!!!

   On time, very polite and friendly driver. We've used twice this evening and both times have been a pleasure. When you call and book, they give you the price there and then so you know exactly what you're paying. I wish Milton Keynes taxis where this good!
