   Disgusting service. They change their price within seconds! Operator says one thing, driver says otherwise and starts harassing calling you a liar.

   Car smelt of weed and was very expensive for a 10 min drive - £45.50!!! Also, the guy on the phone seemed confused by my instructions on where to go, despite my best effort of giving the postcode and location multiple times.

   NEVER, EVER use this taxi service if you want to get to your destination!! Taxi was confirmed for a 12.20pm pick up time to N'Hampton train station.Taxi didn't turn up and I called 4 times, each time being told that the taxi is on the way. By now i'd missed my train to London and had to purchase a new ticket.Very expensive mistake!!..Don't use this company.Really awful experience!

   At 4pm booked and paid for a taxi for 6pm, to be followed by a return taxi for 10pm. First taxi just didn't turn up. Called the 6.10pm. Told it would be another 10 minutes. Called them again 6.35pm. Told I had been picked up and taken. I told them I hadn't been. They said the taxi driver said someone took the taxi. The pre-paid route was unique - from a hotel to one private house then to another. Clearly lying. Told them I no longer had faith in them and would arrange alternative transport and demanded a refund. They had charged me £47 - £23.50 each way AFTER a 10% discount. The alternate taxi was just £13.50 each way. TRB's. Still refusing to refund. Taking them to court.
