What can I say! Everyone polite and efficient, especially front desk, ladies taking blood and young man in wound clinic.. Reception area clean, toilets clean and seen on time by everyone. Well done
Blood test - poor management Went for blood test and the samples are not labelled correctly. The results came as missing samples. Went for second time and they missed performing another test from the list specified for me. Wasting patient's time, staff time and NHS money.
Just been day today. Receptionists are no help at all. We got midwife appointment for our new born at 1330 but 1415 still no updates. They have no respect with time of others. Me and my wife are both nurses and it disgusts us that this centre doesn't have compassion or atleast professionalism.
I believe that the dentist should be more knowledgeable about homelessness and rough sleepers?Please read and understand if you will stay in this sector. Why people will be homeless? Do you think all homeless don’t care about their health and dental care? Do you think homeless didn’t have money in their life? Who will be homeless? The problem is they expect people say thank you so much! When they want to discharges them from their service without unreasonable reason.I don’t forget their negative and unprofessional behaviour?
Have to book a blood test on computer not all us older people would know how to turn one on never mind use one.
My wife called for appointment 3 times and they said without give a chance we are busy you can’t to have an appointment!!! We went in front of the desk for ask the appointment because my wife is one week with the severe cough and sore throat and also the red eyes and the woman in the reception said: The doctor can’t waste the time for this problem go to the pharmacy! Or call 111. Absolutely no comment…
Absolutely horrible and rude reception staff and the doctors display an alarming lack of medical knowledge. I am changing practice as I feel this place should be close down
Turned up for a blood test with my slip. Turned away. It takes 2 mins to take a blood test and it wasnt busy at all. Website does not say appointment only like other clinics. Pathetic. Putting my health at risk for the sake of a 2 minute test. Disgusting
Maxed to visit here a couple of times, and on both occasions the health centre has been very well maintained; appearing to be very clean both visually and olfactorily. On this most recent visit I had cause to use the toilet facilities, and was extremely impressed by the level of cleanliness. It was also nice to see baby changing facilities made available in the gents. The administration staff at reception were pleasant and very helpful on both occasions. The only thing that left them down on my first visit was that nobody answered the phone. Whilst driving to the centre, we were caught up in significant traffic delays, caused by a collision on the ring road. My wife called repeatedly over a fifteen minute period, to let staff know that we would be delayed. At no point were her calls ever answered. After raising this with a member of staff, it became apparent that it was not an isolated occurrence. There is little point in having a telephone number to contact reception if nobody answers the phone; and being told by the person the appointment was with that of a similar situation occurred, calling/texting a colleague in a different hospital and asking them to forward a message suggests that reception staff routinely ignore the telephones. The medical staff on both visits seemed very capable and knowledgeable in their fields. Both able to answer questions clearly, and reassuringly. Locating the centre can be a painful game of navigating the estate roads. But if you come in via the A5111 it is very easy to find. Once you arrive there appears to be an adequate level of parking.
