Struggle to get an appointment, and when you finally do- you are normally sat there waiting way past the actual appointment time. When you can get an appointment, doctors are lovely hence 2 stars.

Shockingly bad at making appointments not even given a chance to talk to anyone if the appointments are full for the day and people over the phone talk like they aren’t paid to be there. When an appointment is fulfilled You’re usually brushed off. I’ve seen better quality in shirebrook and thats in Mansfield.

Absolutely waste of time and completely unprofessional. Called at 8am to book appointment regarding diabetes. Waited for 2 hours and 52 minutes for someone to answer and tell me to call next day at 8am. I complained and was told that there is nothing they could do. Criminal service and criminal practice. I rarely use GP maybe 2 times in last 10 years but this is just a sad state

Worst practice. Long waiting times on the phone, for test results. No follow up after blood test.

Staff are polite and do their best but it's very difficult to get an appointment, even before the pandemic. Having lived in other areas I've never experienced it so bad

Waited on phone to make appointment for 40 minutes it cut off when I was near the top of the list so rang again when I eventually got through I started to tell the receptionist what was wrong (although it really is not their business) before I finished explaining what was wrong she said let me interrupt you we are not making any appointments for today. That was that. I ended up in hospital the next day with kidney failure. What an awful service. Why make you wait in a queue when they are not seeing anybody. This is not the first incident with this surgery. The level of care is way below standard.

My husband had an email from the nhs regarding the 4th Covid jab as he is 70 years old and is in the at risk group. He was told to contact his GP. He phoned the GP at Melbourne to be told by the receptionist that they do not do it. Great service!
