Great customer service. Very well explained test and the lady who did my test was very thorough. The chap who helped me pick out the right pair of glasses for me was so helpful too, I couldn't decide what looked good on me and he really helped.
We came over from france for an eye test. We cannot praise the professionalism of all the staff st this specsavers enough. The careful and detailed explanation by the optician was top notch. The only downside is that they won't send glasses out to france. We shall take our presciption to spain in the winter and go to one of the specsavers shops there.
First time going to this branch and the people were lovely, Tina especially was incredibly helpful and patient with me; I’d had a difficult time in the past with my prescription and she helped me figure out why! Also thank you to Tim(?) (sorry forgot the name! I think a manager) who was very informative.
Great Service at Hedge end Specsavers. Optician was Knowledgeable Friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I chose my Frames waited for a while then was seen by Joseph who could NOT have done more to help, Going above and beyond for myself. Spending a good while finding frames to fit my lenses, as mine broke. So as not to go without while waiting for new glasses. Fantastic Service from Joseph. Would definitely return to this store.

Booked online, seen very quickly for a OCT Scan & eye test. Not for the first time, the Optometrist took time to not only thoroughly examine my eyes but also took the time to explain his findings even talking be through the OCT Scans. He wasn't rushing to get me out the door and there was no pressure applied to purchase the suggested prescription which I value. For the money, the OCT scan is well worth the extra money. You'd be stunned at the level detail.
This would be a one star if I'd only experienced the very rude and patronising lady in store. However, Rob was amazing and I dealt with another very professional lady the third visit. The glasses had to be sent back, due to an error at manufacturing. These things happen, but I'm surprised the lenses aren't checked before the shop dispense them, especially as they have the equipment to do this in store), also a shame the lab have no quality checks when leaving the lab. Anyway, Rob was fabulous and a very nice gentleman. Overall very happy with my new glasses. I've only left 1 star off due to lady's rudeness and incorrect glasses issued. The 4 star is overall happy with glasses and Rob.
We stopped by there as my husband had a problem with his ear aids and he's a customer at Specsavers in Eastleigh. The girl was rude and did not offer any help. We then went to Specsavers in Southampton and my husband had his ear aids fixed. I do not recommend
