Just had tremendous service from Dr Parkes ably assisted by Diane from reception. They truly went above and beyond in helping me with a minor issue and resolved it there and then. Top service - thank you
Best medical care I've ever received, and I am someone who has lived abroad most of my life (including in the US where I've received excellent care, but at a high cost). The physicians and healthcare staff at this clinic could not be more dedicated. They are amazing.

Have only recently moved to this practice and so far my experience has been very positive. Yes, there was a bit of a wait to get through on the phone at 8 am but not too bad. I have got timely appointments - telephone and face to face - and have found both the clinical and admin staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been at two other practices during the past few years (house move) and had negative experiences with both (one of them was appalling!) so I'm very pleased to have found one that provides a great service - thank you.
Excellent practice - friendly, helpful and efficient. I've found that the online help form works really well - no waiting in a phone queue, and a face to face appointment if it is needed. Thanks for the great care.
I have recently changed doctors after moving addresses and I am very impressed with Park Lane. Receptionists are actually friendly and very helpful, Dr Davison is also impressive, thank you!
I have just joined the Practice and must observe that first impressions are excellent! All went very smoothly and impressively quickly with the registration process. I had reason to call the 'admin office' who were so refreshingly cheerful and helpful. They transferred my call to the 'reception office' and the call was picked up within a couple of rings and again, the person to whom I spoke was so cheerful, friendly and helpful. It was a delight to make contact.
