    Today I contacted this GP practice and requested an interpreter. The young lady on the phone, with complete rudeness, said, “You were able to book an appointment but you cannot speak?” — even though I had called using a translation service. I have only recently registered here, and after this experience I will definitely change my GP.

    The team was very attentive and quickly got me an appointment. Young male receptionist was very helpful! The doctor was kind and communicated everything clearly. Apart from the ailment…Overall, a great experience!

    I never thought I would give a doctors practice a review and I wouldn’t even give them a 1 if I could, but this is the worst practice to be registered at. The lack of appointments to start with even though when walking past this practice there is never anybody in sight. Yet the straw that has broke the camels back is you finally secure an appointment for a prescription that you have previously received from the doctors to have it cancelled the same day because the doctor believes he doesn’t have to issue it. I have a heart problem and are always issued an antibiotic before dental appointments always been prescribed by the doctors never a dentist. Park farm three years ago were able to prescribe this but now saying it’s the dentist. Phoned the dentist and their advice was switch doctors as they couldn’t even believe what the doctor was saying as they can’t prescribe heart medication as they a dental practice. So I have done that and registered with another practice. Shameful that whoever works here calls themself a doctor. The reception were lovely but when you ask for further details they can’t provide you with any as it seems the doctors don’t talk to them either just hand them a note. Shocking will not return or recommend.

    Phoned to obtain date of vaccine given to my child and receptionist gave me a date that I knew was wrong. I explained that one would have been given more recently and she was so rude, dismissive and factually incorrect. I have never been spoken to so rudely when I was just asking a civil question. Disgraceful service

    I have recently joined this practice and today had Reason to make an appointment the phone was Answered within 5 minutes and was answered by A very pleasant and helpful receptionist who asked Whether i required a face to face appointment or a Telephone consultation i chose a telephone one I was called back by the doctor at 9.15 within the Timesacale promised. Unfortunately i did not catch The names of the people involved but thank you for making My first experience of your practice a pleasant One especially in this present climate Pp

    Without question THE most rude and frankly upsetting experienced I have ever experienced from a business or 'customer facing service provider' ever - and I deal with complaints for a living. If you worked for me I'd sack you on the spot. On hold for over 30 mins to be told to effectively get lost. Not even asked what the problem was and told no appointments, no chance of speaking to anyone and no point in ringing again, certainly before next year (more than 3 weeks away). To be honest, I got the impression it would be one less problem for them to deal with if I died - it certainly wouldn't add to their statistics anyway. Fortunately I don't require the services of a doctor very often but if this is symptomatic of the service now provided you may as well forget it. I suspect they'll be on strike soon wanting more money for even less service. The whole service is now not fit for purpose so the NHS may as well start by sacking all these manager/receptionist/team member positions and start trying to at least save some taxpayers money. The service wouldn't/couldn't be worse. Im not one for leaving reviews unless the service is either appallingly bad or good and this was the former. I'm happy to discuss my concerns and the service received with anyone at the surgery but I suspect another 30-60 minute wait to speak to someone would have to be endured before being told to come back in 2024 or later.
